Lumen Peppers stands behind the quality of our research peptides. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade biochemicals), we have specific return conditions:

• Damaged or defective product: Eligible for full refund or replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Wrong item shipped: Eligible for full refund or correct item replacement at no cost
• Product quality issue: If purity or identity does not match the Certificate of Analysis, eligible for refund after verification
• Order not received: Eligible for investigation and reshipment or refund after carrier claim is filed

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after shipment
• Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
• Delays caused by carrier, weather, or other events outside our control
• Products purchased as “final sale” or with a discount code specifying no returns

How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@lumenpeppers.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

Replacements

In many cases, we prefer to offer a replacement shipment rather than a refund. If your issue is with a specific batch or quantity, we will ship a replacement at no charge upon verification.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We work hard to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.

Research Use Disclaimer

All products are sold for research use only. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on outcomes of research experiments, as results are dependent on research protocols outside our control.
