Overview
Lumen Peppers is committed to fast, reliable, and discreet delivery of your research peptides. All orders are fulfilled from our domestic U.S. facility.
Processing Time
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays)
- Same-day processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days may qualify for same-day fulfillment
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated transit times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $150
- Priority Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping.
Packaging & Temperature
All peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for maximum stability during transit. Our packaging is:
- Discreet — no product names or logos visible on outer packaging
- Sealed to prevent contamination
- Includes desiccant packs where appropriate
For extended storage stability post-delivery, store lyophilized peptides at −20°C.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@lumenpeppers.com
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumen Peppers is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed.
